Ski resort located on the summit and northern slopes of Kasprowy Wierch in the Polish Western Tatras. The highest ski resort in Poland. The basic way to get to Kasprowy Wierch is by entering the Kasprowy Wierch cable car (from Kuźnice) or by going to the bottom station of the chairlift in the Goryczkowa Valley from Kuźnice through Kalatówki. The resort has 3 lifts: 1. Kasprowy Wierch cable car from Kuźnice. Built in 1935–1936 and modernized in 2007. It is a cable car with a double carrying rope and drive line, open all year round (except for the maintenance period). In winter, its capacity is 360 people per hour, travel time - 12 minutes. 2. Gąsienicowa lift from the Gąsienicowa Valley. It is a chairlift, 4-person, works only in the winter season and is intended mainly for skiers. The first ski lift was built here in 1938, modernized twice, in 1962 and 2000, now it takes 8 minutes. 3. Goryczkowy lift from the Goryczkowa Valley built in 1967–1969. It is a 2-seater chair lift, it works only in the winter season and is intended mainly for skiers, the entry takes 15 minutes. The use of chairlifts from both valleys is estimated at only about 20% of the length of the ski season. The main reasons are the lack of snow or difficult weather conditions (wind, ice). For example, in the 2011/2012 season, the lift from the Goryczkowa Valley did not start for the first time until January 11. In addition, there are two Kalatówki ski lifts on the Kalatówki glade.
