The Small Meadow Valley is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful Tatra valleys. A large, luminous clearing, closed from the south by a chain of mountains, with an impressive cliff of Wielka Turnia, is usually a place of longer stopping for tourists. It has a length of 5.4 km and an area of about 5.7 km2. It is the smallest of the general Tatra valleys. The outlet is located at an altitude of about 930 m on the eastern side of Gronika. Above, the valley approaches the main ridge of Czerwone Wierchów on the section from Kopa Kondracka to Małołączniak. Orographically, the right boundary of the valley is formed by the northern ridge of Kopa Kondracka to Giewont, then Mały Giewont, Grzybowiec and the northwest ridge of Łysanek. The left slopes of the valley are formed by the Red Ridge of Małołączniak, Wielka Turnia, Skoruśniak and Hruby Regiel. The Mała Meadow Valley has no side branches, only gullies. The largest of the gullies crossing its slopes are: Dolinka pod Grzybowiec, Głazisty Żleb, Zagon, Uzieziony Żleb, Gmiński Żleb.
